There are various methods for this but the easiest is to download and install the program Foxit and use it to edit the form. 3) Rename the document to your team name for easier reference. 4) Fill in the required fields with all the team member information. Incomplete submission will not be accepted. 5) Attach the zip file to your email, addressed to:- shah[alias]e-clubmalaysia[dot]com and cc to shaneselva[alias]e-clubmalaysia[dot]com with the title “GLOW CS1.6 2011 – TEAM NAME” (without quotes). 6) If your registration is successful, we will reply your email with the content stating that your registration is successful within one or two working days. 7) Kindly check your spam folders if you do not hear from you within one or two working days as our replies might end up there. 8) Please print out the indemnity form and fill it. Then hand it in during the tournament day. REGISTRATION METHOD FOR WALK-IN 1) Download the form and print it out. 2) Fill in the form with complete details. 3) Submit the form to GLOW Computer Centre which is the venue of the tournament.
