HELP CYBER GAMES 2011

The Help Cyber Games 2011 (HCG 2011) will be hosted by the Department of IT, HELP University College. The overall aim of the HCG 2011 is to create awareness of the IT programs offered at HELP University College. It will be a two day event starting on 23rd July for the preliminary rounds. The finals will be held on the following day.  The Department of IT is also proposing a games cosplay and photography competition that will be held at the same time as the HCG 2011.
In conjunction with HCG 2, E-club and ROCCAT will have promotions for their products.

Age Limit: 16 to 21 years old
Registration Fee: RM 50.00 per team


REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

 
  1. The registration deadline is 17 July 2011.
  2. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of your completed registration form.
  3. Full payment must be made before17 July 2011 .
  4. If you are unable to attend the competition, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
  5. For cancellation, no refund can be made and the amount will remain payable in full.
  6. The schedule and game format are accurate at the time of printing. The organizers reserve the right to substitute a new format and cancel or alter the contents and timing of the program for reasons beyond their control.
  7. Upon signing the registration form, you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

GAME FORMAT
The HCG 2011 will be held over two days with the preliminary and quarter finals on the first day and the remaining rounds on the second day.
The competition will be structured on a marathon style match.
