REGISTRATION METHOD
1) Download the form and print it out.
2) Fill in the form with complete details.
3) Send the form to KIN TOUCH Cyber Cafe which is the venue of the tournament or walk-in and submit the form.

  • For player below 18 years old, they must submit in the registration form and the authorization document requesting permission from their (parents / legal guardian) to the tournament staff. The indemnity form is attached in the registration form .zip file.
  • The organizing committee may request the registration form and authorization document for any minors (persons under 18 years old) participating in the competition.
